A little bit disappointing.. Beat the game

Hey everyone,

For those like me who absolutely fiended the game from the very minute of release I have to say I am a bit disappointed.

I have already beaten the game already and was a little shocked at how short it was. The last 2 acts were very short and rushed I was hoping for a bit more leading up to the big Diablo fight.

What did all you guys think of the game (for those who are still playing and for those who beat it?)

Looking forward to the expansions though!

Did you beat it in hell mode?

 

Yes sir. Took 3 of us to do it - did it in 4 tries.

 

Sounds like you're completely missing the point of the game.

The point is to play through multiple times, on multiple difficulties, on multiple characters, with multiple classes, with multiple friends, while each time collecting different loot, collecting gold, and trying out different play styles.

So far I am very satisfied with the story, and Diablo 2 was just as short, but that lasted 10 years for many people.

 

I completely understand.. Just saying I beat the game on ALL modes on 1 character in 3 days... kinda day.

 

3 days is a good effort!, like above, on D2 most people would be rushed straight through to hell difficulty and kill the last boss over and over for easy levels. It was not uncommon to have 8+ high level characters.
There are definitely bigger things to come, like uber levels and cows that's where the most fun/challenge is

 

I know nothing about Diablo, but diablo 2 is really 10 years old?

Wow I had no idea.

 

Unforchantly, most people who have not play any Diablo Games will think that this is the shortest triple A game ever and will demand there money back. But, there is the RMAH that catches the eye of some of those players which is a very smart play by Blizzard.

 

I have played all of the Diablo games thus far

And yeah, I suppose the RMAH might be nice to make some money - also selling here on sythe

 

This game is absolutely amazing, I've beat it almost 10 times now and I'm still not getting tired of it.

 

There's far more to the game than beating it on the normal difficulty.

 

Go play hardcore and stop dying.
