Hey, i want to send money online via WU.
Couple of questions,
1. Can I pay with pre-paid Visa card?
2. Can I use funds from paypal to pay?
Answers and any other useful information will be greatly appreciated.
Also a paypal question, can i send money with a brand new account if i link a prepaid visa?
