Western Union Prepaid Card

Am I able to send funds through the western union website with a western union prepaid card? I am fairly new to this could somebody guide me through it?

This requires me to have an ID(aka drivers license) I don't have one yet. That didn't help much but was informative. Original question still stands. I need to know about the gift cards.

Wow ffs I just tried to send some money online via credit card and it said I had to pay $17 to send $50
