Alright, so my Paypal account is verified and everything. Can i add a prepaid visa card, and then put the money on it into my paypal balance? Or can i only pay by the funds being withdrew from it as i send money?
Western Union
I know i can send money online with WU, I saw that i can use credit cards ETC, does this include prepaid visas, also can i pay with paypal?
