I think R2 is responsible for refunding you because for one he was in fact the owner of the thread and employed or partnered with R2james. If some one as trusted as R2 puts their trust in some one ells to do something for them (buy accounts) then they should be held responsible. If R2james was not partnered with R2Pleasent I am more then sure the op would have been inclined to use a middle man rather then going first.

 

He did not only vouched, they both had the same service and a thread was created not by James.

 

Will could have stopped what has happened but that doesn't mean he has to take responsibility for what has occurred, it would have been good if he had given notice that he was no longer his partner but he didn't do so. You always have to be careful online.

I don't think will has done anything wrong but if he really cared about his customers he would have considered a refund.

 

R2 should be responsible for repaying at least half of what the account cost. If you can trust someone fully like he did in this situation, than you can repay for their wrong doings without bitching.

 

So much for the 'most trusted' person on sythe. I always found him fishy with his workers making all the deals for him and his prices are way to overpriced so I never deal with him anyways.

Did he say i trust james 100% ? if not you don't deserve a refund what kind of bs is this thread rename this thread r2james don't try to blame will for your mistake i have been scammed by "Associates" before i just took it as a loss their partners didn't get banned its who you actually sold it deserve to refund you like honestly if he said oh he is a employ of will i would contact him and ask him if he know's you irl and he told me this etc...


i bought over 1,540.00 in gold from will never been scammed.

But if he's funneling his specific business through him, then he should be liable.

People only traded with James because they assumed his was connected with R2P.

 

i read a message in this thread trying to show us how its connected to a food business well let me put it this way lets say their partners in some sort of firm lawyers or what ever but you only know of r2 for being trusted and being #1 lawyer and won every case . he opened up a firm whit x person which you haven't seen any vouches but he is some how connected to r2 u pay the partner to handle your case and he runs off whit your money your wanting r2 to reimburse because he is the modern day Nostradamus and can read the future and knew his partner was going to run off ?

My mistake? It's my mistake for trusting Will? Tell me what I could've done to prevent this? I trusted Will's judgement as many people here do.

I never asked for a refund, but it's also Will's fault for trusting a wrong person, and he should take responsibility for this.

On topic - I believe Will should be held accountable given the situation. I'm also pretty sure if you are able to contact him he will most likely refund you or give you some sort of compensation.

Are you some type of idiot? It's a feedback section in which you give feedback on someone/something pertaining to the forum. R2 is trusted, not James. And for this reason, you should have traded with R2 and not James.

 

R2 made the thread saying HE was looking for accounts and you should contact James to sell, so I don't know how he can not be responsible if James scammed.
