How to quit (Anything!)

How about life? How to quit it? Can't see this apply for it.

 

As someone else said RS is fairly east to quit. Simply dropping your bank or letting your membership run out is enough 99% of the time. For people this doesn't work for try banning runescape on your ip

 

A guide for qutting and not being addicted to runescape would be COMPLETELY different. A guide for that would be far to complex

 

I made this guide in the hope to describe the fundamentals of quitting, I didn't actually intend for it to be used specifically for one thing; especially runescape.

With that being said quitting Runescape is a bit more complex as it occupies a lot of someones time. They quit it, fine they'll have to do something else. Smoking is different, you smoke in between and during your actions, work, etc.

I'm not sure if a smoking addiction releases dopamine, but nice guide anyway.
To quit smoking in my opinion it's best to get a few friends to try it too. You should stay together for a few days, at each others houses or whatever. It takes 3 days for the nicotine to leave you system, so the first 3 days are the hardest. I tried to quite smoking, it's hard.

Also, reading your guide made me want a ciggy, so I rolled up and smoked. Yay.
