It's just a strange series of coincidences.

Conspiracy, there is no actual proof of the world ending in 2012.
But.. Few of the things the mayans prodicted have Come true.

 

I remember the one in 2000 like when school finished all the girls started crying hugging each other saying there scared of how the worlds going to end. Obv a load of bull i no not think the world will ever come to a end mabe something big will happen that would probably destroy like 1/4 of the earth.

A lot of things have been predicted and a lot of those predictions were wrong. The ones that were actually right were just coincidences. But who knows? Might be one of those predictions that are wrong or the ones which are a coincidence.

Look at fucking georgia, Its in war with RUSSIA right now and the US is about to start a war with RUSSIA. Doomsday 2012 speaks about massive missles raining from the skys.

LETS say the US starts a war with russia, then close to immedietley CHINA will launch an attack on the US, and then according to the code, almost every nation in europe has to attack china, etc. Its gonig to be another world war, and yes I firmly believe if that happens, we're getting NTFO. There is alot of shit going around, the planet X theories, and scary as it is, Planet x sounds alot like the movie...deep impact. Black president, some kinda astroid headed for earth, the earth dies, some families taken underground, etc.

The only thing that will happen is that in 2012 the solar cycle reaches its peak and the 13,000 year solar cycle, which the Mayans called 5th Sun will end. This will also end the 13,000 year period of global warming (caused by the Sun, not us) and from that point things will only get colder. The Sun's increased activeness in the next few years can also be somewhat harmful or even dangerous, because the geomagnetic storms created by solar winds can even knock out power grids and damage satellites.

But then again this is all speculation, because the last time the solar cycle reached its peak we didn't even have electricity not to mention high-tech equipment.
