Plus, this isn't the "end" of the Mayan calendar, it's simply stating a rebirth, so I don't really consider it a bad thing (like the end of the world)

If we start a new world war that could possibly turn into a nuclear war then this planet will end

I did a work on school about that, it's actually only the end of the mayan calendars wich happens on 2012 and it will happen again in a brunch of years. Actually there's no cientific proof that it will happen, Well we should wait to see.

I remember hearing something along these lines....

"The Mayas were actually not sure if it will end or not that day, but what they were sure of is what is going to happen in the sky. That day even we can predict that the center of the milky way, the sun, and the earth will be lined up, who knows what may happen."

Somepeople think it might open a dimension, some think it will end the world, some think nothing will happen.

Well Its hard to beleive when they say the world is going to "End" meaniing all life forms.. destroyed. Dont just jump to conclusions.. you never know, how the world will be at that time also nature is rapidly changing for the worse..

 

this cannot and will not be true. venus used ot be like earth, yet still exists. the world will not end, merely life will cease to exist on earth.

 

the world wasnt sopposed to end, some computers were just supposed to stop working. And that was due to bad programming, not the mayans.

 

Most likely this rumor will get so big that everyone goes to one place and fuck something up bad.
