As mentioned in the market ruling, we're not allowed to have our own server on top of working under a service as it's a conflict of interest/market manipulation.

I appreciate your forwarning on this however to say I decided not to listen is an incorrect statement of facts.

I did listen, I did research into it & to top if off I sought advice from a moderator on the issue mentioned. You will notice I was not autobumping my threads (which as a $300 dono I am entitled to) while researching this.

The results of my checking into the rules was that "there's no rulebreaking whatsoever"

To quote the rule,

"You may only have one thread per market section advertising your goods, services, or platform (Discord server/website, etc) unless otherwise specified. Attempts to circumvent this limit will result in a 1 month ban and possibly a DNT in severe cases."

1) I do not advertise any goods from any other servers.
2) I do not advertise services from any other servers.
3) I do not advertise any other servers websites/links etc.
4) I am not trying to circumvent anything.

I was also disappointed to hear that you were spreading false allegations and libeling my reputation to other Discord server owners. This is not good practice and, to be honest, reflects quite poorly on you

 

Hey there, just so you're aware since you just said yourself "you are not breaking the rules"

You work for a server, you advertise your own server as well which is not allowed and you was told this and does in fact fall under market manipulation as it is circumventing the market rules (bypassing it as you're a worker + worker at the same time)

Anyway, if you feel otherwise that's completely fine. You are not allowed to advertise your own server since you're a worker + owner (as such is bypassing as previously mentioned) but if you feel otherwise please read what I mentioned and showed.

 

You informed me that your interpretation of the rules is that this would fall under market manipulation.
I checked the rules on The Official Sythe.org Rules and found this to be incorrect.

I then asked a moderator for his opinion of my situation who also informed me that there was no rule breaking whatsoever.

I have quoted the rule above and fail to see where I have violated it.
I only have threads on Sythe advertising MY goods, services & platforms.

 

Hi Yoshiki, I do not believe so, I have only completed a small handful of jobs for Harvey most of which were prior to opening Rudeboy & Ferch

Actually the only job I completed this year was on 24th Feb from memory. At this time I was not actively bumping my threads (I took a break from bumping from 21st Feb and restarted 25th)
