Disallowing the employees of business's advertised on Sythe to have there own thread.

Employees are allowed to advertise while working for the company.

At times, it can be difficult for staff to prove if a party is partaking in "Attempting To Bypass the 1 Thread per Market Section Limit," as they can simply claim the other party is working under rather than having ownership in a company. By making this rule more strict, it will reduce ambiguity.

Side-effects:
Employees won't be able to advertise on Sythe.

 

The rule you linked is a sectional rule in the Runescape Gold Exchange section.
It sounds like you want this changed for services as well.
I think this needs more explaining. When is someone considered a worker?
If I hire someone to make an account for me, they are working for me. Presuming I advertise in a service seciton, can they now not advertise there either?
Or are you only referring to workers that do jobs within a Discord server and/or website?

 

Someone who works on the front face of business for example account services. A contractor is someone who you outsource to and isn't involved in tickets so on (Think Inferno capes)

You are buying a product from them and selling it, this would fall under contractor.

I've linked one in a deleted post below this, simply because I think it looks bad if mods are posting old reports publicly on people.

This would simply mean they can't advertise in the same market on Sythe, what they do off-site is not our issue.
