I acknowledge the actions that led to my ban and accept full responsibility for my past mistakes. While my history on Sythe may not be spotless, I have made every effort to right any wrongs I’ve been involved in. There are no outstanding debts or unresolved issues remaining against my name. If any victims come forward, I am prepared to address and resolve their claims immediately.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
I have no additional offenses to confess beyond what has already been addressed. I’ve been fully transparent in previous pardons, and my intention is to uphold that honesty here.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

After reflecting on my past actions, I recognize the mistakes I made and the harm they caused to both individuals and the integrity of this community. While I cannot change the past, I can and have worked to better myself. I’ve taken accountability for my actions and have distanced myself from the poor decisions and associations that led to my ban.

It’s important to acknowledge that I’ve previously submitted several pardon requests, each time hoping to demonstrate my commitment to change and my genuine desire to rejoin this community. While those pardons were denied, they’ve encouraged me to continue reflecting on my actions and my approach to this process.

I take full responsibility for the misjudgments I’ve made. I understand how those decisions betrayed the trust placed in me by the community. My intention was never to cause harm, but I accept that harm was caused regardless.

Since my ban, I’ve taken significant steps to better myself and prove my reliability. One such example is my founding of RuneCino, a thriving Discord-based casino community with over 2,000 members, trillions wagered, and hundreds of vouches for myself from satisfied users. This endeavor has given me an opportunity to rebuild trust, manage a successful platform responsibly, and show that I am capable of acting with integrity even in high-stakes environments.

While I am proud of what I’ve achieved with RuneCino, I acknowledge that my actions on Sythe in the past do not reflect the same values I uphold today. I’ve learned from my mistakes, and I understand the importance of trust, accountability, and fairness in any community.

I believe that people can grow and learn from their past mistakes, and I am no exception. If given the opportunity, I’m committed to rebuilding trust within this community and proving through my actions that I can be a positive and contributing member.

Why I believe I deserve forgiveness:
Sythe has always been more than just a platform to me—it’s been a place where I’ve met incredible people and learned valuable lessons. I am deeply regretful for the harm my actions caused, and I hope that my journey of self-reflection and growth shows my genuine remorse.

While I may have had a different vision for my time on Sythe in the past, today I stand before you humbled and committed to earning back the trust I lost. I respectfully ask the Sythe staff to consider my request and grant me another chance to prove my integrity and dedication to this community.

A significant example of this is my founding and ongoing management of RuneCino, a Discord-based casino community. RuneCino has grown into a thriving platform with over 2,000 active members, trillions in wagers, and hundreds of vouches directly reflecting the trust and satisfaction of our users.

Managing RuneCino has required me to shoulder considerable responsibility, ensuring the platform operates fairly, transparently, and ethically. I’ve worked diligently to create an environment where members feel secure, implementing strict policies to uphold fairness and addressing any concerns or disputes promptly and professionally. This role has tested and strengthened my ability to lead with integrity, foster trust, and prioritize the well-being of the community above all else.

The success of RuneCino stands as a testament to my commitment to accountability and fairness. It has been an invaluable experience that has shown me the importance of building and maintaining trust in every interaction. Reflecting on my past actions on Sythe, I realize they fell far short of these principles. However, I’ve used that failure as an opportunity to grow, and my work with RuneCino demonstrates that I am capable of upholding the values Sythe holds dear.

In response to Yoshiki's question: No, I do not have ownership in Runecino. However, Dragon does, as he is a part-owner of the server.

I am just a worker for the server.

Yes, I did previously have ownership in Runecino. However, I sold my stake in the server around the beginning of January 2024. Following that, I transitioned to being a worker for the server and have had no ownership role since then.

In January 2024, when the project transitioned from being more of a passion project to something more structured, I transferred all assets and ownership rights to Dragon. At that point, I stepped down as an owner and took on an admin role within the server. My responsibilities were to continue supporting the project and help manage its operations, but I forfeited any autonomy or decision-making authority tied to ownership.

Until recently, I held this admin role, but I have since relinquished those duties and now serve solely as a poker host within the server. Unfortunately, server owner logs from the time of the transfer no longer exist, as the transition occurred quite a while ago.

It’s worth mentioning that my background in growing servers and building strong poker communities has played a significant role in my contributions to platforms like RuneCino. Back in 2022, I founded RSGP Poker, which quickly became a leading community. Since then, I’ve lent my expertise and vast network of poker players to help grow several notable servers. My ability to attract players and expand communities speaks for itself, and I take pride in the impact I’ve made in these spaces.

Hey Yoshiki,

Trip ended early, the only proof I could get you is that I do not have server owner privilege's, and can get the new owner to show you he is indeed the server owner, would that work?

 

Unfortunately as stated before this was over a year ago so those logs are long gone, the best I can do is get the current owners to show that they are the ones in full control. On a side note I have left the server as a worker now aswell.
