Hello, Sorry for the late response I have been away with my family for Christmas.

This is a LONG story as I have known shy or now known as "SportsGuru" for along time, so if any moderator wants me to go more into detail about any of these accusations, or provide screenshots of conversations etc. I am more then happy to do so.

Accusation 1: "Swan Swap"
Swan Swap was an idea I had when Seasonal DMM was released, the premise was to have a cc where people could use us to swap their Seasonal DMM gold in turn for 07 through a trusted source. This was actually a very successful CC and I had the idea to try and make the Clan chat 24/7. However due to me and Shy both being in the EST timezone, this wasn't possible without bringing on another rank, to cover the hours where we were both offline.

I had had a few people message me about ranks via runescape pm's, and decided to proceed with adding one rank to see how it went "4Swap". This was actually working quite well, however when I went to bed, I woke up the next day to Runescape Pm's saying how "4Swap" had scammed them for various amounts of DMM/07 GP. I deranked "4Swap" and refunded anybody who had proof or screenshots of "4Swap" scamming them.

Accusation 2: "Possible Doxing"

So Again this is a long story, but the short version is me and shy had been friends for about a year and half and both worked together in a gambling clan called "Gembets" where he was a 2Bar rank of 100M Max, and I was a Silver Star Rank with a 1B Max. As you do with hosting in a gambling chat you have lots of ups and downs, and one way to try and prevent crazy swings is to split with other ranks. As me and Shy had been friends for a LONG time, we use to split each other very often and their was never really any problems. This was until recently when Shy had came into some money troubles and without my knowledge was taking loans of other
Trusted gold sellers like Poat,Plumber etc as well as some other GemBets members. So we proceed on with the session and I was tabbing shy what he owed me, as he had never not payed me before I didn't really worry about tabbing him. We ended the session with both of us being down a considerable amount and in Total Shy being down 475M 07, which I had covered for him, However when I asked for the GP at the end of the session to collect the Tab owed, he told me that and I quote "Honestly, Poat was lending me the gp until i got the e transfer,and now he's bullshitting around,maaaaan and my girl has to go to the hospital cause shes in labor" Now Shy had never done me wrong in the past so as much as I needed the GP I wasn't two concerned. However a few hours later, he got into some beef with the GemBets owner THC and was kicked and deranked from the CC. This turned into a downward spiral and now here we our over a month and a half later with Shy still owing myself, poat and a bunch of other people GP. The kicker to all of this is that Shy was using our money to gamble on sports bets on a daily basis (can provide screenshots if needed) and had scammed more people, one member being scammed for a Purple Partyhat on RS3. As many GemBets members had also fallen victim to Shy, THC (Owner of Gembets) asked if I could provide his information in the form of name and phone number so he could contact Shy to try and get the situation resolved, and I obliged. Now in hine-sight probably not the best decision but I was just trying to get what is rightfully owed to everyone back as again it had been over a month and a half.

Now I firmly believe, that Shy thinks I am the reason he was kicked from GemBets (Which Isn't the case) and is making this report
in spite, see the attached screenshot below for more definitive proof.
