Business partner turned scammer. "Lavas fc"

So basically, I started this death matching clan with lava and his brother Wil. What we would do is middleman for people to do death matches. Player A and Player B would both trade us 100m for example, then they would fight and we would trade the winner 200m - 2.5% commission. Everything was going good till about 2-3 days ago when Lava decided he was going to host a Twisted Bow death match. There is a scam with it, where if you brew down to 1 magic, your opponents accuracy and max hit goes down dramatically. When I found out what he had done, I told him to never do another one because it could ruin everything. About 3 hours after me and Lava talked about that, I found out that he took a 200m "tip" to do that middleman on top of the commission he made. I told him that we CANNOT do that and I made him give the 200m hush money back. Today, I woke up to see that in our discord in the general chat, the guy who was doing the twisted bow death matches posted "looking for 1-4b tbow dm". I immediately banned him from the discord, and then Lava and I got into an argument. I found out that he made a deal with the guy that he would host the scam death matches for a 30% cut of the profit. I was then kicked from the discord...(he made the discord while i was out of town, but this was my idea to start it up and i just picked the wrong people to involve).

Long story short, Lava is essentially just scamming our customers. I've put so much time and effort into this business for him to completely ruin it by scamming people who just want to gamble. He will call it "odds staking". But odds staking is when you have a slight advantage over your opponent like getting first hit in a fight. This is someone taking advantage of an in-game mechanic that not everyone knows about. With these odds... I'd estimate that the win rate is roughly 90-95%.

Sorry for the delay. Here are the screenshots. The first 2 are when I found out lava was letting people scam for a cut and him admitting to taking a 200m cut. The 3rd is his agreement with someone to let him scam people in the cc for a 30% cut.

 

Asian is right we did work together on a death matching clan chat and both put in numerous hours of work. Now as for the twisted bow duels yes, I did middleman a few but this wasn't a a "scam" as Asian states. It's simply odds, which is the same as getting first hit with an AGS or and elder maul or dragon claws in which we've both middle manned 1000's of those. So I don't know where hes getting this 90-95% rate as I've seen out of the few I've middle manned 2 or 3 losses so their is no way its 90-95% Odds.

Secondly Asian was kicked from the team as we found out that a streamer by the name of KosKos had been scammed by one of Asians friends Yuzla, and Asian tried to bribe KosKos 200m to keep Yuzla (the scammer) in the cc aswell as keeping KosKos quiet and too not bring up that he had been scammed.
Asian also took a deposit of 100m from the scammer "Yuzla" which none of the ranks were aware of in order to be let back in the cc as we had previously banned him for scamming prior to this scam. So that's why Asian was kicked.

Now Asian is a hard worker, but as with the THC Gem bets report, if something doesn't go his way he cries and makes up ridiculous claims.

Yuzla did scam koskos. When yuzla first messaged me, I didn't know who he scammed. All I knew was that he scammed someone. So I told him if he deposited, then I would let him back into the cc. The deposit was to repay any past/future scams. Once I found out that he scammed koskos, I told him that he had to repay. He gave me 100m immediately and 100m later that night. That money was given to Koskos, as koskos agree'd to take it as repayment. I gave Koskos the option for me to just ban yuzla and to call it a day there. He accepted the money as repayment. Probably not the best judgement on my part, but I likely had a lot of other things going on at once and I was just trying to resolve their issue. Yuzla does not like Koskos, so he would rather take a ban than give koskos any money. It seemed more benefitial to get Koskos a partial refund. Like I said, probably not the best judgement on my part but I didn't gain anything from it. I was just trying to help 2 people resolve their issue.

And for the last screenshot. That is completely out of context. Chris was telling me about some people who used to odds stake back in the day and I was telling him how i wished I got in on odds staking. Obviously if i would have kept my mouth shut and let lava scam our cc members, this post wouldn't be up and there would be no issue.

Lava said that tbow is "odds staking". It's not. You have to brew down to 1 magic without your opponent knowing and then you have 90-95% to win the dm.

So you decide to let a scammer back in because hed pay you 100m? when we have apolicy if they scammed their banned? L0L. you did this because he was your friend, and he got caught hense why you tried to bribe KosKos 200m, to keep his mouth shut. Why didn't you let any ranks or owners know about the 100m deposit? Again because you wanted to keep it quiet, as you know he scammed but you let him back as hes your friend and wanted the 100m.

This is also false as you told KosKos 100m was yours and 100m was his lol.
You can make up stories all you like but we know what you did and that's why you were kicked. for Bribing someone to keep your scammer friend in cc so he could scam more.
