• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: So long story short, I Had a friend who owned a rune crafting boosting service called (RcBoost).
• He asked me if I wanted to join in as a "helper/co owner" and help him fill orders and do a few other small things like answering peoples questions etc.
• Turns out he ended up scamming someone, once I found out I decided to leave his server and start my own, As I've always valued my reputation and strongly believe that is the way to build up a server, as my goal was to make the server massive and I didn't want to be associated with a scammer.
• We use to run the service using bots, as he had a script that he bought of Malcom, that would basically run pure essence to players. The script however was broken, so I asked Malcolm if their was any chance he could update the script for me, as RcBoost also knows as Kudi had given me the script, while I was working with him.
• Malcom ended up reporting me on sythe saying that I was Kudi, as I had the script he'd sold to him, I was banned the next day, no sythe mod contacted me to ask me my side of the story, or even check any of the details, I was just straight up banned because Malcom thought I was the same person as Kudi/ RcBoost.
• I later contacted a few sythe mods, and they said that I was still liable for Kudi scamming as I was technically a co-owner/helper in the server. So I took some time of sythe, and thought about it and requested a DNT, which I was approved for.
• So Now here I am 6 months later asking to be unbanned, even though I Personally didn't scam anyone.. I was also a co-owner, so some blame is on me. In turn I am fully prepared to pay any debts Kudi owed, as I want to get back into the sythe scene again, and show that just because of the bad choices he made, that shouldn't reflect on me.
• I am a honest, and hardworking guy which a lot of my friends on here can vouch for. I love this forum, Id love the chance to show that even though my business partner scammed someone, that is not me. My main belief is trust.. and reputation is everything to me, I just want to make up for what my business partner did and try and come back to this site, to start up my own business. Showing people I am trustworthy and Loyal, and can run a good legitimate business.
