Proof that it's their Discord: the screenshot is from his wallet ticket in the discord, and he is now banned from the discord unable to collect that info but can easily be proved with a transcript / having a sythe mod / admin review the ticket

Explanation of the trade: Right was a worker that Straw unfairly said violated TOS, and is essentially scamming him by not paying out based on how he feels.

How they scammed: Not paying out a workers wallet due to perceived but not proven violation of TOS

Please provide TOS agreed upon (with proof of them agreeing to this), what you are indicating this individual violated TOS by doing, & proof of violating said TOS.

I will provide the tos he agreed to as well as were he broke the tos with proof below.

now for proof of him violating my tos, im mainly referring to #3 "you will not speak with customers in private or take orders in private out of the server. If caught doing so you may forfeit your whole deposit and every unpaid job you have if I deem fit. If a customer pms you questions refer them back to the ticket only, do not reply there."

you can readthrough our chat logs in OP's original post you can see allover the place where he admitted multiple times to speaking with my customer in private to complete an order they had (in my server) and admitting to inviting him to his own server. Not only did he invite him to this server via pms my customer now has a discount / vip role in their server as well. Clearly the damage is done as this was a huge customer and I can only imagine there's probably more.

Can you please provide the ticket transcripts for this worker / customer. Please utilize the post report feature to provide this so sensitive information is not leaked.

@Rubyred Please have the worker reply to this report via their own Sythe profile and have them provide the DM's (in full - no edits/cropping/etc) between themselves and the customer.

Thank you for this - it appears you are indicating you haven't talked with this customer outside of the ticket with the screenshot you provided (the ticket was opened starting 05/10/24 & your phone call conversation was 03/15/24).

Can you explain the delay/no communication in the ticket in Strawsombrero's server from 05/25/24 to then randomly on 06/23/24 advising of work being completed with no discussion in between?

I've reviewed every other discussion/opportunity from start to finish in the ticket & seems as if you've always had some sort of discussion about starting a specific task/logging in. Discussion examples below:

The customer in this scenario Jack had added me direct in game (I am a partial owner in a iron cc so I must have this open at all times). The last time jack and I had attempted our 1+1s this was all coordinated in public chat in osrs as it is a jagex compliant boost. As this customer was a repeat client who has done work with me and specifically asks straw for my assistance I did not think any wrong doing in speaking to him in game. All orders were cleared through the discord ticket system before we arranged this boost.

I'm still not understanding this as there appears to be more than what you are showing/reflecting. In the screenshots that OP provided (imgur.com), specifically HERE there appears to be some form of conversation (clarification as you call it) and it appears you've discussed the server in some form or another for clarification purposes - whatever this may mean. Given that you've shown a message history with this individual of just a call (that occurred prior to the ticket), something isn't adding up.

Where else did any discussion take place and what specifically did you clarify for him? Please provide this.

All I have to say is to refer to what I said above with always having my priv chat open + the customer having added me himself - I just logged in on my ironman to actually double check to see if I had added him back which is not the case. I happened to be at the TOA bank and ran into him there as they hopped to my world. Best I could suggest at this point would be to directly involve the customer as they would also be able to provide their side of things etc. I don't have screenshots of the chat we had in game because I don't typically screenshot every interaction I have in game, also I would suggest looking directly at the time that I told straw that I wanted to withdraw my funds etc from him removing my role as a booster etc. I can provide a timestamp of Jack joining our discord which is after the conversation that I had with straw so to say I have had a breach of ToS after I am no longer a booster for your server is a bit rash to say the least.

 

Your story does not add up & I highly doubt you spoke with this individual in game to join a server for "clarification" to risk your account being banned (considering this server sells GP/other acts of RWT).

@strawsombrero can do as he pleases with the deposit. However, please make sure the worker is paid for the work performed on this ticket and any funds owed from prior jobs conducted.
