Proof that it's their Discord: the screenshot is from his wallet ticket in the discord, and he is now banned from the discord unable to collect that info but can easily be proved with a transcript / having a sythe mod / admin review the ticket

Explanation of the trade: Right was a worker that Straw unfairly said violated TOS, and is essentially scamming him by not paying out based on how he feels.

How they scammed: Not paying out a workers wallet due to perceived but not proven violation of TOS

I will provide the tos he agreed to as well as were he broke the tos with proof below.

now for proof of him violating my tos, im mainly referring to #3 "you will not speak with customers in private or take orders in private out of the server. If caught doing so you may forfeit your whole deposit and every unpaid job you have if I deem fit. If a customer pms you questions refer them back to the ticket only, do not reply there."

you can readthrough our chat logs in OP's original post you can see allover the place where he admitted multiple times to speaking with my customer in private to complete an order they had (in my server) and admitting to inviting him to his own server. Not only did he invite him to this server via pms my customer now has a discount / vip role in their server as well. Clearly the damage is done as this was a huge customer and I can only imagine there's probably more.

The customer in this scenario Jack had added me direct in game (I am a partial owner in a iron cc so I must have this open at all times). The last time jack and I had attempted our 1+1s this was all coordinated in public chat in osrs as it is a jagex compliant boost. As this customer was a repeat client who has done work with me and specifically asks straw for my assistance I did not think any wrong doing in speaking to him in game. All orders were cleared through the discord ticket system before we arranged this boost.

 

All I have to say is to refer to what I said above with always having my priv chat open + the customer having added me himself - I just logged in on my ironman to actually double check to see if I had added him back which is not the case. I happened to be at the TOA bank and ran into him there as they hopped to my world. Best I could suggest at this point would be to directly involve the customer as they would also be able to provide their side of things etc. I don't have screenshots of the chat we had in game because I don't typically screenshot every interaction I have in game, also I would suggest looking directly at the time that I told straw that I wanted to withdraw my funds etc from him removing my role as a booster etc. I can provide a timestamp of Jack joining our discord which is after the conversation that I had with straw so to say I have had a breach of ToS after I am no longer a booster for your server is a bit rash to say the least.
