    I was given the option by Blackblasses to accept the refund or to spend the money.
    If the ruling is %80 of the refund ( which wasn’t made clear ) then I prefer to use the full amount on a service. If you’re unwilling then refund me a %100 and if you don’t have the $$ to I’m more than willing to accept osrs gp.

    The first transaction was replaced, therefore it is supposed to be invalid.

    I'm not going to force PVM Services to issue a 100% refund, when their ToS states 80%.
    Also @Tob Boost did issue 100% refund. Disregard his comment.
    52m × $0.55/m × 0.8 = $22.88 ($0.55/m is definitely not the current rate)
    52m × $0.44/m = $22.88 ($0.44 being the current rate)

    It could be more than 6 hours.

    63 sat/b is a reasonable fee. Please understand that Tob Boost already paid around $7.80 for a $22.80 refund.

    This is not an option and he did refund 100% as I explained above, even though he didn't have to.

    I'll be monitoring the transaction.

    Oh man what a gong show.
    I’ll keep an eye on the transaction but as of now the second transaction on my end through blockchain is showing up as invalid.

    Edit: Seems to be displaying properly now.
    22.80 is hardly %100 of a refund for 52m but okay. The wizards have spoken.
