Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Blackhat
As I am sure most are aware by now, my original ban was enforced in 2013, and this was for *off-site blackhat activity*.

A while after my original ban, the rule on Sythe surrounding *off-site blackhat activity* was changed, becoming more tolerant toward these activities if it was not directly, or indirectly affecting a Sythe member. This rule update can be seen here and is seemingly still being upheld (correct me if I am wrong). I felt the need to point this out, but either way want it known that I am no longer, and have not been for many, many years, involved in such things.

Ban Evading
Following my original ban, in the stupidity of my youth I decided to ban evade. And then do it again, and again, and again, and so on.

I continued to ban evade, without thinking of future consequences, to continue to trade on Sythe. I am very aware of how idiotic it was, and how deep of a hole I dug myself.

I never scammed anyone, I never had any malicious intent in any evade attempts, but I do entirely understand why I was continuously and rightfully banned.

Present
Perhaps this sounds typical, but I am not the same person I was 5 years ago, let alone 10 years ago.

I am now 26 years old, I work full-time (IRL), and am still active in the RS blackmarket community all these years later. I am a CO-Owner at @BoostedMMO. I had known Chaddy and Aloni for many, many years before joining the team. Since joining the team at a regular Support rank, I have proved myself, earned their trust and worked hard to get myself through the ranks. You can verify this by checking the BoostedMMO Discord, or talking to Chaddy directly.

I am only asking for a chance to prove myself and gain the trust of the Sythe staff and community.

Sidenote
Since my last pardon on 01/01/2023, I did ask around a bit on the opinions of the voting staff. One staff member advised me that while they agree that it has been a long time since my original ban, they found it hard to vote in favour of my pardon given my history and prior relationship with Xprod (I believe he scamquit, please correct me if I am wrong, it has been a while).

I would just like it stated for the record, and known to the Sythe staff and community, that while I did have a close relationship with Xprod way back when, I did not and do not condone nor support his actions, nor do I have contact with him any longer and have not for many years.
