Pardon For Ban evading!

I would love today to request a pardon on my account, Peaceful1.

The reason I was banned on this account was due to evading an apparent ban.

I am going to be 100% honest and would love a respectful and helpful answer, please and thankyou.

Sythe - 2013.
The account called 'Inklyy' was banned due to the use of blackhat activity outside of the Sythe forums.

In this year, 2013, I became friends with a person called Alex.
He had many alias's on here, hackforums, etc.
Ranging from his own name, to Java, to Inklyy and more.

Unaware of Sythe's existence and too lazy to sign up, after being told of it and explaining I wanted to sell my runescape account, Alex/Inklyy had offered to post a thread on this forum to sell my account, where he added my skype account to the end of the post, for obvious contact reasons.

I quickly lost contact with Alex after realising he had tried to RAT my computer.

Until the year of 2015, I was unaware of his banning on Sythe, finding out from a poster called Yousuckv2, reporting me for ban evading.

That is basically the basis of the story, which looking at Inklyy's post, he at the time used a skype called krazy.botz

You can resolve the IP's on both krazy.botz and aquarium_mate, and IP Audit the Sythe user Inklyy and the Sythe user Peaceful1, only to find the difference in IP's.

If there is any other method to prove I am not Inklyy, please tell me how and I will do so.
