Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
A worker made a mistake and got 3 defence on a customers pure account during a service of ours, he accepted our Terms of Service that we were not liable for the event. However normally we would have compensated the customer either by refunding or working out a solution. Unfortunately this customer decided to spit at us and our worker (also in previous tickets) and hence i did not feel that i needed to be accomodating and put my feet down, basically standing by the Terms of Service.

Anything else you wish to say:
Even though the customer was not friendly at us and our workers (also in previous tickets), we should have treated him the same way as any customer. We are a business at the end of the day and we need to treat our customer the same way and protect our customers from mistakes that can happen on our Discord. Hence we did the following:
- Although the scam report was put in our benefit making us not liable for the defence levels gained we offered Leipo to train his account from scratch for free. This account is almost finished to the point where it was:

- We also took the words of Gen very serious on the reported and decided to make some adjustments to our Terms of Service, making sure that in case of damage done to an account such as ruining a build the ToS clarifies how we will work out a solution with the customer, instead of us not being liable at all. This to better protect our customers for mistakes that can happen on our behalf.

No support from me. There has been too many reports on issues with his workers and frankly Lucky's attitude with it and hiding behind ToS doesn't sit well with me. I would like to see if this improves by next pardon.
