Dispute a TWC

Reason for TWC: We don't inform our customers @Sjors in advance that we don't pay paypal fees and this payment is not entirely made from our own account.

Unfortunately i know we failed to inform a customer about numerous things before the trade took place. Including that part of the payment was being outsourced.We made a deep review of our work after what happened.What is guaranteed is that it won't happen again.
We always adhere to the principle of customer first.Openness basing on sincerity.I know this incident has given our customers a bad experience, but we have never cheated our customers.We will also improve our service in the future.
I hope we can be given a chance ,dispute TWC as soon as possible.Thanks.
