Following on from this report: Beast - Disclosure of Others' Personal Information

Whether Beast posted someone else's personal information or not, I'm unsure, but I'd like to point out the below.

So, IF Beast posted said users personal information, regardless of his TOS, this is against Sythe.org rules.

To add on to the above, if he has indeed followed his TOS with respect to other users/cases (this is assuming there have been other cases/incidents where Beast has been scammed/not paid/etc), then he has likely broken the above mentioned rule. This is assuming he has acted on what his TOS says, since the above rule was implemented - OCT 2020 - current.

You guys realize the only “bad (this is what you’re referring to as bad) piece of information that I posted was the transaction history of the NON sythe user that sent the money & was apart of the scam.
What was posted was the transaction history from Zelle.
This same piece of information is important in the case to inform staff members of what we are referring to and what happened.


I did not go out of my way to post any other “personal” information of ANYONE other than the receipt WHICH could of been redacted by staff at any time.

So your grounds of this report is completely inaccurate and once again.
How about you do your own research and find out what I posted before making such a ridiculous report.

Hey buddy, if you actually read what I posted you'd realise that this report has its merits. Whether you posted someone elses personal information or not, is not the only point of contention here, and also, I explicitly said, 'IF', and that, I was 'unsure' if you did - I'm not having a go at you. Also, the posting of personal information only forms one facet of this report - your T.O.S is the other, and whether you acted on them in regards to this and other similar incidents.

Stop saying that i'm doing something that you are unsure of because you're sounding like a clown. You're making assumptions that are now leading to slander.

1. I didn't delete anything from that thread other than 2 pictures that i posted where i said "staff view deleted" so DO NOT say i did if you DO NOT KNOW!

Don't make a report off of "if" and or "unsure" because now it's become slander.

I'm entitled to report you, if your egregious, and contradictory to this websites rules T.O.S have been acted on, with respect to members of this website/users that have/had a Sythe.org account.

Also, written defamation is libel, not slander. Slander is verbal.

Go for it. Unfortunately, when I read the report last night, that message was posted, and today morning it wasn't. So naturally, I assumed either you deleted it, or staff did. In any event, if me assuming you did, opposed to staff deleting said message is really the biggest issue here, then my apologies, I now know it was staff who deleted it.

I suggest you take on your own advice, as you posting someone else's personal information only makes up 1/2 of this report...which I've stressed and outlined multiple times now.

Let me edit that, i've copy pasted that from the other report as right now its 3 people saying literally the same shit to me.
That specific part of targeted to the random @ pokemon buyer (do not comment on here as this is not your thread and you're not involved here)

 

Again, i did not post anyone's information so stop saying the same shit over and over it's actually annoying at this point.
If i posted their personal information please show me instead of repeating yourself without proper evidence.

Can you just post REAL evidence? or take your thread down because at this point your claims are not valid.

 

Sorry friend, I won't take this thread down, as the latter half of this report still stands, which realistically, is the far bigger facet of this report. In regards to the personal information part, I only made mention to it once, and it was one line at that + I also never explicitly said you did.

If the report is deemed false/unfounded, then staff can happily delete whatever is proven erroneous.

Your first post = beast might have posted someone’s information

Second post = rule regarding posting personal information

Third post = referring to my terms of service you ASSUME that I’ve broken the “sites” rule by posting someone’s information

Fourth post = referring to the sites rules again which is you referring accusing me again of potentially breaking this rule which is again posting someone’s information

fifth post = you reintroduce a false-less claim of “as you posting someone else’s personal information”

You have yet to prove anything you’re stating & just deliberately touching upon the same false accusation that I posted someone’s personal information.

 

Regarding my T.O.S

which sythe rule did I break, now that you hopefully have acknowledged that I have NOT posted anyone’s personal information “Dox”

 

Mate, all my posts here are about the same two things (1. Personal info and 2. Your TOS (TOS being the larger issue)). I'm unsure how you can't see that.
