Which violation you are reporting the user for: Exposing an individuals full name.

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Reporting attempted blackmail

If you open his post he mentions the full name, as-well as a screenshot of the discord chat, where the individuals name is also mentioned. For obvious reason I will not be screenshotting it or mentioning it.

This potentially hurts the legitimate user based on the information that they are real life friends, and in turn exposing Lev's identity.

Also it disincentivizes the user being doxxed to potentially pay back other victims if he is a banned member. Without permission to post should not be permitable to doxx a user.

I understand in some situations prevents future scams ; however in this situation surely it cannot be validated.

Rule referenced :

Users will be banned for 1 month for the following:

• Disclosure of Others' Personal Information: Posting information such as private emails/MSNs, private Skype accounts, Facebook accounts, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, etc. of someone other than yourself without explicit consent of that person will result in up to a 1 month ban regardless of whether or not the information is publicly available. If a picture was posted by its owner on Discord or Sythe, this rule still applies. In addition, there will be a DNT given which will need to be pardoned for.

Beast is surely familiar with these rules, considering he has reported users on many occasions for this exact reason.

Anyways you guys are on about me contacting his family and I’m not going to say I did or not but why don’t you show the proof of me doing so before making a report?

 

The person that sent me money that had no intent of paying it back. The same user that was only in contact because they were sending money on behalf of Lev which lev was vouching

as you can see one of the payment was rejected & THAT was the one they decided to scam with

Also, your argument that connects this use to Lev’s real identity?

How am I exposing lev’s identity? For one I didn’t find his information from his friend & neither have you. I found his information through his cash app which I have never posted publicly.

Show proof that you can find Lev through kenichiro

Show mods / admins how you’re able to find Lev’s personal information by knowing the other users information. If you can’t show this than your whole spiel / argument is false.

Just to reference the arguement in which tos supposedly giving permission to do what he feels.

ToS isn't exactly applicable as there's something called informed constent, which I am certain is not relevant in this situation.

As-well as this ToS does not allow to violate existing rules / laws.

E.g if my ToS states I have to write to show up and hold your family for ransom if you buy gold from me, doesn't stand, as it violates real life laws, and sythe rules.

For reference purposes, (tried but cannot find the report), But I recall a user having a ToS in which he stated you are required to show up to his location to collect the gold within an unreasonable time-frame otherwise you forefit it. He was banned, (but using beast's arguement his ToS allowed it?) ; for consistency and equality sake, it's safe to assume the treatment should be the same to beast.

I haven't even mentioned beast threatening the users family, but other's have pointed it out.

Just reading through his posts / behaviour within the website, and official sythe discord ; can confidently say in my eyes it is extremely unacceptable. I know he is a bondholder and brings in revenue to sythe, but definitely striving for equal treatment, regardless it is not a good image for the website, and it's future.

This also brings up the question of his bondholder status at the minimum.

• Uncertainty regarding his trustworthiness with staff tools
• Concerns about his ability to be a good representative of the 'staff' team

Him having the personal information of users who choose to donate via payment methods which reveal their name etc.

The offence might not seem that major, but tying the innocent user @lev518 to his 'irl friend' who beast doxxed could impact Lev.

Being a bond holder in no way shape or form is considered staff and we do not have any “staff tools”

Your baseless and false claims are now turning into slander and should not be tolerated by staff one bit.

1. I did not post Lev’s identity or anything close to it
2. I posted only the transaction history of the user that was apart of the SCAM (which could of been redacted by a staff member at any time)

Once again, i did not publicly post any information for sythe users to see.

 

Permanent banned users have no protection. Posting the scammer's name/email as he did scam you and doesn't have a Sythe account isn't severe (as it was Lev's friends information and not directly Lev).

However, the ToS from your thread

are not compliant with Sythe rules. You cannot expose, defame or harm someone's business, especially if they're a Sythe user and you certainly can't without a report + permission from Staff first.

You admit this yourself in the scam report (which you later edited out):

As well as this, staff have received proof of you knowing Lev's family members and contacting them/even threatening to contact his college without having any report up against @lev518 or asking permission from Staff first - this is extremely damning and severe. You doxed his family and contacted them.

As you cannot be trusted with people's personal information (something you are privy to as a bond holder), you have been banned for a month + your bond holder status has been removed.
