    Was the first time that a customer ask for a recovery/ban on his acc and we didn´t handled properly

    Anything else you wish to say:
    We edited our TOS on the Stake acc thread, posting that all recovery requests will be handled trough a OMM so this situation shouldn´t happen again.
    We waited 3 months before place the first appeal, and atm almost 2 months from the first one and still no relevant complains from any of the previous customers.
