How they scammed:
The payment of the service must be done at the completion of it, but once PM the customer about the completion of the service he stop answer and never show up to complete the payment.

Proof that it's their Discord or Skype:
All the conversation was made on Sythe PM.

@UrQuester you've been given a TWC for failing to inform the customer that any valuables should be removed from the account. This is able to be appealed in one month.

 

So I get scammed, come here to solve, no offence committed and you get me TWC, this is the way you mange this?
Even considering that we have vouches from customers that didn't have any problem with our service

@UrQuester as outlined in the section stickies here you must explicitly inform the customer to remove excess wealth from the account, and that failure to do so can result in a TWC.

 

3M and Ranged gear is excess wealth?
