Alright, i can't hold @UrQuester accountable for the gp that was on the accounts because it's difficult to say how much was on the accounts. In the future if this happens to anyone, i highly advise getting a staff member involved. When a appeal is submitted for the account, obviously the last login will be a couple or few days, so as soon as the OO gets the email saying it's appealed (or if they never get a email as @UrQuester claims), one could easily log into the website to check the status of the account rather than logging in via client. Once the appeal email is received/ or the account is realized to be unbanned via website. You could then screenshare with the 'customer' or a staff member to verify the contents of the bank/account as the last login date will line up, IF NECESSARY, a person assisting with an unban has no right to login to the account. Anyways, I will be placing a TWC on @UrQuester for the following reasons. @UrQuester Told @sinkovsky that account was unbanned, told him to wait 10-15minutes. @UrQuester sends a video of him logging into the account 50minutes later, checking the account out. In the video it shows a last login of 49 minutes, what was the point of sending a video of him logging in "for the first time" if the account was already checked by someone else? Account belongs to @sinkovsky , @UrQuester really had no point to log in to check the account out, all he had to do was check website to verify the unban.
