Flaming is insulting another user or users. I think the above can easily be classified as flaming.

Firstly, the statement ''you look like the phantom of the opera'' is my opinion.
Secondly, I like to think flaming is when offensive language is incorporated into the insults. This is when people have been infracted for flaming previously.
