Because of the nature of the incident (both him and I posting “dox” info on each other Richard had a private chat with both of us to try to defuse the situation rather than banning either of us, however Derek didn’t want any of it.)

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Although it was NOT the correct avenue, the individual that reported me had posted personal info and names of my family members. He was banned for a few weeks then ban removed. I copy pasted a public background check someone had done on him in discord in retaliation. Again, it wasn’t the right process but was retaliatory to “give him a piece of what he was dishing out”.
