Reporting gunisgod for playerauctions scamming

I got scammed by gunisgod on playerauctions, I paid him to do a kiln cape back in 2014 and have just found out that he is unbanned on sythe through a friend of mine.

His scamquit on playerauctions ^^ stole a number of people's banks.

I do not believe a toxic member such as this should be allowed back into the sythe community without righting all of his wrongs and this was obviously left out of his pardon.
