So there are circumstances where you can get perma banned from buying gold? Like if you bought gold from hacking someone.

The ban on Sythe didn't have to do with the RS ban, so I'm not sure what you're asking. Generally speaking if you're buying/selling hacked or stolen goods, then you're more than likely to get banned as well on RS.

 

Dam i would've thought RS wise hacked or botted or staked gp are all the same. The previous post says chicks was reported because the person he sold to got insta perm banned because it was stolen goods or something.

 

That's a 5 year old ruling back when Sythe had a Nazi crackdown on blackhat because it was out of control, doubt that attitude will keep him banned.

Anyone and I mean anyone can tell the blackhat rule has been reduced, reduced, and reduced back, since 2013, technically there isn't even a rule against buying stolen goods.

The site banned for 10 year old blackhat offences and banned for offences that didn't effect sythe users back than to, staff don't now. Also I could see someone pointing to the rules, its not their responsibility to know some obscure statement from 2013, its a users responsibility to know the rules, of which buying and selling hacked goods is not one.

Either way I don't see that ban holding him, staff justified a ban of a dude that moves 2x the gold as Bogla on some obscure blackhat statement from half a decade ago? Oh please. Would you like some salt with that cheese and wine?

Sythe's said ALOT of things over the years lmao, you could probably find a statement at *some point* in the last 13 years from him to justify any ban ever, staff took a valid statement for the forum at the time(ONE STATEMENT that's not in the rules) and applied it to 2018 sythe lmfao.

 

Wasn't Viou or w/e banned for the same thing and he was pretty big as well

Dial took the perm ban over finishing mimigold.com, he essentially got scammed himself and staff banned him for it.

RIP the last true web developer outside @Sythe and @Shin on this forum, I'm just going to publicly say anyone who is his client or wants a website done I highly recommend Dial banned or not, he has access to over $1M USD and built bogla,r2, rsgoldfund,ggboost,divica,partypete,pie and more, he is as legitimate as they come and has always been a fantastic developer for all of us.

As someone who was one of the last to earn a programming fun-rank and as someone who basically built 3/4 the sites on this forum, I can say with geuine digust that his ban is disgusting. To ban someone with access to *literally* a million dollars and claim he committed a scam and issue a perm ban is right up there with the Ariba/Won_gold/Chicks disasters.

Dial is not going to make a big public issue out of his ban out of respect for staff but at least this one post will be here to record the injustice done to him, RIP one of the last true sythe members, someone who grew with this forum and built dozens of websites for nearly a decade for every type of member on this forum, You'll never find a more legitimate user than Dialatic.

He deserved better.
