viou created an ebook i believe on his business. He unknowingly admitted to purchasing mass amounts of gold from a known scammer. Viou was fully aware users were getting fucked over but didnt care. He should of been pardoned and allowed another chance like so many others. However sythe took it serious as fuck and kicked him from the website for good. He thought his influence in the market could save him but i didnt.

 

I think he popped up not to long ago. It had been years before that. He had some family farm I believe. Dave and him were real tight.

It was IHQ, Nick, Sean or Phil that created your website I believe. I remember when we all linked up and finally got that piece of shit banned. Wonder who he's vading now.

 

You seem to know quite alot of people from the old times (which stories I love to hear), why is it that they no longer try their chances in returning to the website? I mean, aside from the obvious reasons such as moving on, losing interest etc - is there any particular reason why they don't want to give pardoning another shot? I truely hope they're aware of the fact that the Sythe staff has changed and if all the stories are true; we're much softer now.

When Viou was banned it was huge news on sythe. Him and r2pleasent at the time were the largest GP dealers. Viou cleaned the book up and pardoned. When it was denied he stated he would never come back. He had helped bring many customers here and brushed off other runescape black market forums. He refused to bring anymore business here and sythe was okay with it.

I'd challenge someone to prove to me that it was 100% hacked or that Chicks was 100% the cause of the ban.

It's impossible to do so, past cases(WON_GOLD REFERENCE) the seller of hacked gold cant be held liable unless it can be proven they knew about that it was hacked and directly acknowledged that he was not joking/and sold it himself personally and he cant be liable for the ban because only Jagex knows if that gold was the cause, Froggy RWTs, there's no way to justify BEYOND a shadow of a doubt, even if ur 99% sure, that Chicks was the result of his ban, its impossible to do so, Sythe operates based on ironclad, 100% evidence, thus his ban isn't warranted.

Also I've seen proof of his business scale, was not an exaggeration.

3-4X the size of Bogla(Based on Boglas advertised $2M USD in sales in his past ads).

You dispute the fact Bogla advertised $2M in USD in sales in all his thread titles? I've seen what chicks has sold over the past year, not sure how my information is not correct.

Not trying to downplay Chicks' success, but you're comparing revenues on very different business models. Chicks was flipping gold at low margins vs. Bogla which is basically retail. Very different profit margins, so comparing revenues is kinda pointless.

Also, there's no point criticizing staff decisions if you don't have all the evidence involved in the case. For many reasons they don't release it publicly. But I think most people here like Chicks and have positive experiences with him. So I doubt it was ever anything personal.

Also Dialatic (Mike), curious what happened there? I don't see anything visible on that ban.
