Kaii is in Disneyland with his girlfriend. I can get his attention here if you need me to as we're friends on a personal level now.

He is reloading his workers BTC access by wednesday.

In fact I am so certain this is a mistake, I will refund on his behalf if he's not able to get online within 12-24 hours
