Explanation of the trade: The user was a ticket support member within my server. Responsibilities included collecting payments from customers, quoting tickets, and on the odd occasion completing orders.

How they scammed:
After collecting 2.7b of 07 Gold from service requests one night when I was asleep the user decided to delete me, block me, and steal not only 2.7b worth of customer payments but also cleaned a customer for 3.4b and tried to close & delete the customer's ticket.

The user had a service ongoing within the server and after doing an audit on payment(s) it was noticed that he hadn't paid for an order which was the sum of $115.27 when spoken to they stated they'd pay the balance on Friday & even set a reminder on their phone.

Another thing was he gained access to another ticket support Runescape account and also cleared his account of gold received for services which were 370m

The final issue - He and his friend were attempting to sell off their Group ironman bank within the server to a customer. The customer had paid 1033m for this sale of which 353m worth of these items were his. The customer has since been paid back the 353m from us to cover it and the remaining of 650m has been agreed to be paid back by his partner in a payment plan mentioned to the customer.

Unsure why the user did this as he was a good member of the team and some points he had more money on him than this one given time, however, guess everyone gets pixel hungry at some point.

If Sythe staff approves I have his personal email & First name which I'd like to make public.

The user in question also sold 1.3b of stolen wealth to @Corby the same night it all happened. Additionally, I know he purchased a hardcore ironman from Corby. I'd like to ask if we could make that account information public to prevent it from being sold in the future.
