I sold King4rs 2,350m 07. There will be 2 parts of this report. It's Elite Dust.

First off, we agreed @ $.92m BTC

2b 07 sold @ this mark.

AS YOU SEE HERE, they confirm that I traded them the 2.148m 07 I gave them 148m 07 and we were in second trade screen and I accepted and they confirmed it in chat. Two seconds later:

I got banned on trade screen they aren't willing to pay me for the 148m even though the agent confirmed in the chat he received it. This is the first part of the report, me reporting the value of $136 BTC.

Second part of the report:

So I have 208m 07 left after and I go to dump it to them, everything is fine and I tell them I'll report the 148m because they refuse to pay me for the 148.

Alright so total amount of $ handed to them aside from the $136 is $2,031.

Here is what they sent me:

Clearly this isn't $2,031 and $1,930 is $.87/m and not $.92. They told me .92 at the start so they should follow it. So .05*2208 , they owe me $110 for this part.

Total amount they owe me is $110+136 = $246 BTC.

The agent told me "oh bitcoin price in China is high bla bla bla" I don't care. Even @ blockchain rate which is the standard it would be $246.

It's because bitcoin prices are higher in China. They sent you $2031 on their end but on your end it comes out to less. In the future, you can specify how much BTC you are to receive per mil 07, not how much USD, and there won't be any confusion.

As for the 148m 07, you were banned mid-trade, therefore he showed you declined the trade, I think it is a misunderstanding when he replied "Yep".
But, he does clearly show you did not pay the extra 148m and you also confirm you were banned mid-trade.

I feel like nothing should be done here BUT I'll leave it open for other mod input!

That's not going to help. You need to specify a RATE. If I want 1btc/m we can both agree but those prices are going to be drastically different

Sorry but I can't edit last post. When someone tells me they are paying me .92/m. I expect .92/m. They can pay that in chickens priced at my rate at .92/m.

What if he legit just bought 1900 worth of btc and sent that instead??

Because he lives in China he can pay less? How can u tell me he bought at this ridiculous rate so now I don't get my money lol

It's not hard to agree on a set btc amount per mil after you figured out the usd/m value, eg 0.000398 BTC/m. BTC prices in china are much higher than the normal western prices and as such its perfectly possible he sent out 2k usd in btc (at his btc rate). I'm not sure why you're confused at this point.

 

I sold my gp to wongold on multiple occasions and he always sent the expected/proper amount of money to me. I never say the amount in btc, just the USD according to the rate used. If you expect 1000$ then that what you should receive not less or more. If anything its the buyers responsibility to make sure the amount sent in btc is equivalent to the expected amount in USD

Ofc it's possible. When did you ask for proof of him sending 2k usd? Just keeping you honest here as you seem to be assuming a fair bit. Maybe he just bought 1930$ worth at coin base and sent it. I must get in on this.

Price in btc was agreed upon at the start of the chat, the amount of btc that was sent matches this price. Seems to me like this is a fair deal and no further action should be taken. @John Devola

Yes. Was on buyer to verify that .212 was an appropriate rate on his rate. King was on a higher rate so that came out to .92$ to him. Whether that's true or not is irrelevant since .212 was agreed upon. Thanks

You guys agreed on an actual BTC rate and an average USD rate. At a .212 rate, they have followed through. And in case there is still dispute about the remaining 148m, I can't support that being owed as you were banned in the process.
