Technically the entire GP market is also ill-gotten since it's against the terms of service. It's all based on where we draw the line, and I think the line should be clearly defined.

I'm sure almost all the biggest sellers have been involved in some shady trades at one time or another. I personally try my best to avoid it, but others aren't as keen. For example, someone ordered 1B via Western Union using a different location than his IP, and I would not pick it up and deliver it until he verified his ID. Turns out he was a staker using a proxy for protection, but it could have been a hacked Western Union payment.
