    Account recovery help

    On runescape, I have a registered email for the account, and I am trying to recover my password, when I put in my email to recover, it says its the wrong email. I'm certain that my registered email is correct because I changed my password a while back and the email was sent to my registered email.

    Also, could my msn being blocked affect this?
    It says my msn is blacked, I can see emails, but I can't send them

    Account recovery help

    Your best and probably only bet to change the password, is to do a manual recovery (if you're the original owner) or ask the original owner for all the necessary details. I had to do the same thing to get my password changed. Get a new e-mail address because you're going to have to e-mail JaGeX as the forum response times are pretty shocking. E-mail [email protected] rather than [email protected], generally you'll get a reply within a few days there.

    Email [email protected], I got a reply in a few hours, if you email [email protected] you would probably never get a reply, still no reply to this day. They will secure the account for you and all you need to do is recover it with the correct information. Provide as much information as you can in the email.
