Whats with the recovery system now

I recover my account yet it still has recovery questions and it doesn't even change the registered email to the one I recovered it with.

 

Pretty sure the only way to remove the recovs is by locking it, then unlocking it? someone correct me if im wrong

 

unless they just changed it then no.

 

You have to recover it once and it get locked.. Then when you go to unlock it click the option that you didn't set any recoveries.. I did it earlier today..

How do you lock it? I recovered it and put a fake email in the thing but it didn't lock it.

The system is messed, I bought an account and it got locked and I've been trying to recover it. I then get a message from Jagex saying that if I keep doing it they're going to take legal action against me...

 

That's because you recovered it through "Forgot my password" when you submit a forgotten password request, it just keeps your recoveries on. When you submit it via stolen, it removes the recoveries because the stolen part is to make the system think that it is not your recoveries.

theres no forgotten or stolen anymore...

 

When it's locked try and log in with your old password and it will say your account is locked recover now!.. CLick the link fill in details and wualah.

Also, thats hilarious about legal action. STFU Jagex stop trying to scare little kids..
