Recovery Help

I'm trying to recover my old skiller that I haven't played since... around 2011 or so. The problem is, every time i try to recover it asks for an email registered to the account, gives me 6 attempts, then blocks me of trying.

Is that the only way? What happened to the page where you enter the information needed?

 

I emailed them. What exactly do i say? it seems odd emailing all the account details, just doesn't seem right lol.

 

If you're the Original Owner then it will be very easy for you too recover. Also, if you have the email-Adress you can recover it. Otherwise, you'll have to do a manual recovery form which may take some time.

It's impossible to get to the manual recovery now due to an update to the whole thing. Just send them an e-mail with all your details to prove you own it (make sure it's the RIGHT e-mail...).

 

Wow, that is retarded. So i have to wait months to get an account back...

 

It won't take months. They'll probably have it back to you within 2-3 days if you give them enough details... I got my old main back in less than a day.

 

Do i email them all teh details in the first email? I sent them an email, and simply stated that i HAVE all the required details, and how to proceed.
