wont be a joke when your in the hospital. Call the police to ensure nothing happens.

 

He just came to my work, while i was with a customer. I wasnt able to talk to him about it at all. Before i knew it he disappeared again and as he walked down the stairs he said watch your back while i was still with a customer. I can see my car from work which is just in a public carpark, i looked when he left and he wasnt there but when i looked again i could see he grabbed my p plates and had something else in his hand while he stood near my windscreen, i rushed down to stop him from whatever he was doing but by the time i got there it was to late and he already did what he wanted to do and left without me being able to see him. i looked around the car for scratchs, mark or anything of the sort but i could find nothing! what could he have done without it being vissable to the eye?

 

If your life is in danger don't be afraid to contact the police. Maybe talk to him about it but don't come off as pissed or defensive. Be calm speak your mind and be careful. Some people you never know what they are going to do.

When you talk to him make sure its around people not just you and him. But if he is threaten to kill you and stalking you and stuff I wouldn't hesitate to call the police and file a retraining order just because you don't know how people are going to react now a days in this crazy world.

Be careful watch yourself.

 

May have tampered with your wheel and added video recording or audio device? Unlikely but possible. He may have also seen you coming and ditched.

 

If he's in the Army, chances are he's suffering from PTSD.

It's definitely something to worry about, if things escalate i'd run straight to the police about the situation.

 

just a little update, he was meant to meet me at the gym last night to talk things over, he never showed up to the gym! I was talking to his girlfriend and she said he was going to scratch my car the other day when i ran for the car to stop him. She said he has completly dropped the issue but is that just a cover up so he can do things to my car and then blame it on someone else, still would stick out like a sore thumb?

Far south coast of NSW, the guy is soon to be going back to Melbourne, but he has backed off a lot since i havnt responded to his facebook messages ect.

 

If you did something to anger him, then you should apologize, if you apologized and he is threatening you, then you should inform the police

 

Unfortunately - the police can't do anything unless you have been physically harmed.

 

I do not agree with this statement. If you're being mentally affected then I'm more than positive that the Police will get involved.

My advice? Whatever you do, don't physically hurt him or give him anything to go off. Don't talk to him, don't look at him, don't breathe in his direction. Go to the Police, it's better to be safe than sorry.

 

Bad idea, confrontations result in violence many times.

...and doing it alone (and it seems Skyline is scared of him) will result in him being pummeled.

It's called a restraining order.

My advice is to try to talk to him in a public place (it seems you've tried) if he refuses but persists in trying to harm/threaten you then report it to the police.

Alternatively, you can beat him up yourself or with a friend as a counter-scare tactic but don't do any real damage (broken bones etc.). This isn't recommended but more of a last resort. When I first moved to my old neigbourhood which was quite rough, I got into quite a few fights to assert myself as someone not to be bullied after a few attempts of punks trying to... I got jumped once by three people and I pretty much ran and got back two of them one on one later on and the other apologized. The situation is much different but the principles are similar.
