Is he much bigger than you? If so go to someone you know who's older or just fight him? Your not going to die what ever happens, maybe end up with a few bruises. He's the year above so you wont get ripped for it if you lose. And he will probably get excluded. Not the end of the world its just what happens at school.

Well theres this kid who's in year 9( 1 above me ) who is apparently going to punch me, but i thought, should i punch him if he punches me? Then go home and call the police and stuff?
I mean i'd take him to court and stuff.
Not sure what to do...
