The idea of the attacks was to attack America at its economic center to help crash the economy and create chaos and many problems. In the end they were successful. It was not the U.S. government, people who believe that are just stupid, there is no reason to argue with them. Educated engineers and scientist have proven that 9/11 was possible from planes flying in the buildings from these barbarians, proving the homeless potheads who blame the government for everything wrong. I doubt that the united states government would jeopardize they're reputation and be held responsible for the death of many people and the destruction of some very highly respectable buildings. I know if I ran the country I would not put myself and my government staff in that kind of situation.
