Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Over four years ago, I mishandled a customer dispute, prioritizing my defensiveness over fairness and professionalism. That was a mistake I deeply regret and have since worked hard to correct. I’ve taken full responsibility by reimbursing all affected parties and reflecting on how I can ensure this never happens again.

Since then, I’ve continued to operate and grow my business. Despite the challenges of the past, I’ve built a strong following of subscribers who continue to support my work. This sustained success demonstrates that I’ve adapted, learned from my mistakes, and focused on providing real value to my customers.

While I may have had a misstep years ago, it doesn’t define who I am today. I’ve implemented changes to my operations, including delegating customer interactions to a professional team, ensuring all issues are handled respectfully and fairly. These measures have helped me foster a positive, supportive community around my work.

Sythe has always been an essential platform for those in this niche, and I want to be part of this community again. I’m ready to contribute positively, share my expertise, and demonstrate that I’m committed to maintaining the highest standards in all my dealings.

Four years is a long time, and I hope my persistence in seeking a pardon reflects my sincerity. I’m asking for an opportunity to rebuild trust and show that I’ve grown as a developer, a business owner, and a person.

This is not an account that was made my me or any of the people on my team. From my understanding this was a user that was subscribed to VSwitcher and I am assuming they were trying to take advantage of my referral program.
