in my experience, it's best to start the day with an espresso. if you can't drink heavy coffees, americano might be good for start to day. the filter coffee will be perfect for the rest of the day. Mokapot is the best way to make espresso and the chemex is my favourite filtre coffee making method. if you're too sleepy, Put some lemon into the espresso and you will not sleep for 6-10 hours.
