I met Kado through Ariba roughly 6-7 months ago, and he has worked for me from April to September. His English isn't native, but he's friendly. It's noted that he's consistent and shows up on time to work.

I couldn't keep him on my team due to changes in my company and the way we handle live chat.

 

Kado worked alongside me April-September on Chicks' team.

Due to my hours being opposite to his on most days I didn't get to spend too much time working with him.

However, on the days I got to share with him he arrived most often early ready to work.

Despite his native language not being english he had rapport with his customers and was able to maintain a high satisfaction rating from them.

Were do I start with Kado....

He trained me up when I first started working for chicks, and I would defiantly not have been this confident if it wasn't for Kado.

Honestly one of the friendliest people you could ever meet and does not have a bad bone in his body! Does not have anything bad to say about anyone.

Always was friendly with not only me but also customers and other staff members.

Additonally would try his best to get everything done smoothly and quickly as possible.

I agree with everything the team has said about him. Always friendly and looking for some of the best flips at the time. Always notified me hours/days in advance if there was a shift I needed to cover and was there when I needed him to cover one of mine.

Very good when dealing with a large amount of orders at the same time on a daily basis.
