Asking for removal of TWC

List of vouches since receiving TWC:
Hi atm we are active only with the the Maxed stake thread so we don´t have any vouch since the TWC. But before the TWC we have sold 10 acc to 6 diferent customers and did´t receive any complain about it.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
Was the first time that a customer ask for a recovery/ban on his acc and we didn´t handled properly

Anything else you wish to say:
We edited our TOS on the Stake acc thread, posting that all recovery requests will be handled trough a OMM so this situation shouldn´t happen again.

I support. Sounds like the situation in the linked report got wildly out of hand with missteps and misunderstandings through dumb business practices rather than malice.

You NEED to reign in your documentation so you can avoid trouble like this, especially when your services are so easily interrupted by Jagex rule enforcement.

 

I do think Mohtasa makes a very valid point, however while it could be a total misunderstanding I'd prefer to at least see some vouches before I'm comfortable supporting this, therefore I'm voting no. If you do get some vouches I'll be more lenient in supporting this the next time around (if this gets denied).
