Boostify services negligence results in ban

Explanation of the trade: Paid for a 52 pray firecape service.
How they scammed: By giving me a trial worker who couldn't complete the task. He logged my account in 3 different locations and on public WiFi at a Starbucks and a public Library. The account was banned for a total of 5 mins but now has a Quashed offense on it and it is no longer sellable. Because of the sheer negligence of the case I'm asking for Compensation (125m). I'd like to ask that boostify show evidence that this worker was fully capable of obtaining 1 def capes and also why the Worker was unaware that logging multiple IPs on a customers account would obviously result on a ban.

Imgur - him stating that logging multiple IPs isn't a bannable offense. I knew it was and was pretty sure I was going to get banned for it which I was.
This was so unprofessional.

The owner of this services is a great guy and I hate having to make this report but somebody has to be held accountable for recklessly handling my account.

 

I want to clarify that this is the real @AHKnoDelay in the transcript. Because he changed his discord name/picture. So that's why in some screenshots his name could be a different one.

When all of this happened I was a sleep. When I woke up my partner Pyro had already spoken to him and tried to fix the situation. He refunded the amount for the fire cape and +6M for the wasted supplies.

I would like to know what Runescape rule states that u cannot login from different IPs? There is nothing in Runescape rules that states you can only use one IP. And saying "I knew it was and was pretty sure I was going to get banned for it" why would you then in a first place buy a service? If you were pretty sure that you going to get banned anyway for IP change?

This is the same day , same ban offense , same time span being banned that happened to @AHKnoDelay .

What our worker @Shaide did is unprofessional and not acceptable. As of proofs that he's capable of doing 1def fire capes I can't find any. Since he is offline at the moment I hope when he wakes up he will help me to provide it.

In conclusion we believe we didn't do anything wrong, since we weren't able to complete the order. We gave a full refund and compensation to add up for wasted supplies and apologized for unprofessional experience he had.

 

He didn't just play on his IP like your supposed to he logged my account on several ( 3 ) and 2 of those were public WiFi ( Starbucks and the library) I was banned at midnight that twitter post has nothing to do with my account. I can show full discord transcripts of me expressing my concerns about how your worker logging all those IPs was going to get my account flagged which explains the Quashed ban which only happens for 3 reasons and I sent them to you.

Your worker admits to not being able to do the task Pyro your other manger thought it was hilarious but I didn't.
This service that I was provided was beyond professional and as a business owner you shouldn't be forced to compensate somebody you should just do it because you know your service is the reason my account is deemed worthless.

 

After reading the twitter post this has to be the reason. What are the chances that I get this type of service and jagex mods ban randomly.

How was I supposed to know jagex banned random people? How ironic is it that I was clearly givin poor service then banned. When I was unbanned I was convinced it was the service due to the amount of random IPs the worker was logging. Why would I look elsewhere for a reason which I was banned? You act like I was trying to scam money. My account had a ban offense which makes it worthless. This is the compensation I was asking for. All anyone had to do was message me about the false bans and I would have cleared it up faster.

I'll be applying a TWC in which you can dispute in 30 days for suspicious behavior. Closing this.

 

You have no right to give me a trade with caution. I told you nobody informed me of false bans yet you say it was in my account messages. In order for me to read them I'd need to know jagex was sending the damn message. You dont get notifications and I dont stare at my account inbox all day.

You wanted to give me that TWC for no reason. It didn't matter what I said. Clearly shows your character.

 

Not accepting his bullshit. I dont deserve the trade with caution I did nothing wrong. I was banned at midnight. I messaged boostify and went to bed. I woke up and made this report. I was never informed of false bans. I had every right to make that dispute. I even messaged mods in PMS if I should be compensated and they told me to make the report. Anybody on this forum or from boostify could have informed be about the jagex error.

I dont accept the TWC remove it or permanently ban me from this forum.

I was being lenient with your TWC. It can be upgraded to DNT for attempting to extort another user when you clearly knew it was the mistake of Jagex. You will have to pardon for this.
