If it was up to me then yeah sure, but there’s never “stealing too many potatoes”, you’re either a thief or you’re not. You did well in repaying them, but the time it took you to repay them doesn’t make you any better person. Only deeds can make up for your actions, not words - or better said only time heals all wounds because the amount of good deeds you should do will never outweight the bad you’ve done.

People think way too easy on scamming, because it’s the internet, I get it and there’s no real consequenses, but just remember that you did steal from multiple people their hardearned money and if this was the real world you’d be in prison now.

 

You take life too serious, If someone is drunk and steals something but then wakes up and realises their mistake. Then they go back and give the sign back etc and be apologetic. You're saying they deserve to be in prison?
