    Although your TWC reason is a bit unclear and maybe unjustified as your original ban was incorrect, I would like to see you follow our template here: Trade With Caution rank: Dispute template and to list any vouches since you were given that TWC.

    Your current 'vouch' thread(in your signature) is an old MM thread from 2008 which has been locked. I would recommend you create a new vouch thread here: Vouches Forum

    My vote will be a no this time, but I'll be more willing next time if you can follow the guidance above
