Anyone can add whoever they want in a reply, but putting random scammers on the list kind of ruins the point of the thread. Preferably only somewhat prominent community members, well known market members, or people whose bans drew a lot of attention from the community. Same with un-bans.

However, its kind of confusing if the person is in banned and unbanned section. I would suggest a color code. Like for example : if the name in the banned section is green, it means he has been unbanned and the unban reason can be found below in the unbanned section.

Nice list. Links to relevant reports for people who are still banned would be good. Color coding into categories of "still banned" and "currently unbanned" would also be good.

I thought about that but some of them have like half a dozen reports or made more than one pardon/dispute thread to get un-banned, so I wasn't sure how I was going to go about doing that.

According to Roary's post on Zuzel's report he also scammed Itsmarymkai, but there doesn't seem to be a report.

Just wondering, why have you got a TWC?

 

Believe it was because I lied about being someone a RSPS since I didn't want the staff there to know who I was, when I should've just let the staff know that it was me privately instead of outright denying it.

Here's another user who even advertises on Sythe who was banned and unbanned a few times, not sure what the story is.
