Was told this was a VPN match, however I believe either the geolocation website misread the IP or something of the sort, because I HIGHLY doubt it is a VPN/proxy IP. My reasoning for thinking this-

-DDSRanger's only other IP matches are his alt profile Rogue Tearz so it does not seem he is an avid VPN user.
-Note the times that Cfrey used this IP:

Cfrey's vader only used 2 IPs, 1 being the one in question.

Earliest one was posted 8/11 while latest posted was 8/19, and all were made from same IP.

This means he maintained the same "VPN" IP for at very least 8 days straight which is almost unheard of and extremely unlikely.

Furthermore, both Cfrey and Rogue Tearz are from Texas-

Meanwhile Rogue Tearz often posts in the spam forum targeting other users or trolling-

So in short, my reason for believing he is a ban evader-

IP match on alternate profile with all of Cfrey's disputes. Regardless of me being told this was a VPN match, there is proof Cfrey maintained this IP for at least EIGHT days straight. I find it very unlikely anyone would do this with a single VPN match, let alone that it would match another user who doesn't seem to use VPNs and who has no IP matches with anyone else. I'm guessing the time Ddsranger used this IP will also be around the same time frame Cfrey attempted pardoning.

Given the timeframes and the uniqueness of the IP I'm actually inclined to believe you. I've requested the SRB on both accounts be changed to a perm ban for evasion from cfrey
